Mind Body Skills Groups
Lower stress levels, improve mood, enhance resiliency and prevent chronic disease.
These small group sessions have been designed to build a sense of community while supporting each individual's sense of well-being and safety. The format is highly experiential and integrates self expression, self reflection and community support. This is NOT group therapy, this is an educational support group with a facilitator who is an equal participant in the group process.
